- What time is it possible to recieve the product if i chose personal takeover?

- Can i recieve the goods personally?

- Can anybody else take over the goods beside me?
- your representative can also recieve your order in case the order is proved by the order sheet, or the takeover is previously arranged.

- How can I review products in a list view?
-Our website provides you with list view. After selecting product line under the tab: Categories, or finding it in the searc function, use the button „shift to list view” at the right upper corner.
- Why does the product’s price change after putting itt o the basket?
-Current prices listed ont he website are net selling prices. Shifting to list view, or clicking on the product’s name you can find all details including gros prices.
- I’ve done registration, but didn’t recieve confirmation by e-mail. What could be the problem since there had been no chance to repeat registration!
-Following the registration, all new customer’s data are recieved. The problem in most cases is typo or the use of dots and accents while setting the email address , which we try to adjust in these cases. After repairing the address, you recieve the message needed for completing the registration.
- How much is the transportation cost?
