Prices:

Prices  indicated on the website assigned to the pictures are net selling prices.
Gross selling prices are indicated on the product datasheet,  just as in list view and during the purchase process, when checking the basket's content.  

Processing orders:

All orders are processed during weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

You can also send orders anytime.  All those orders sent beyound office hours, become processed in one workday.

All orders recieved and processed are confirmed, circumsatnces of fulfilment will be checked and consulted by phone  by the customer service. General fulfilment deadline is in 3 workdays from the time of confirmation.  Product photoes presented on the product datasheet may differ from reality, in some cases pictures are only illustrations. Our company doesn’t take responsibility for changes in any of supplier’s technical datasheet, that was resulted by reasosns connected driectly or non directly to the supplier’ s duty, without previous announcement.

We reserve the right of partial or complete rejection of orders already confirmed. Partial fulfilment or rejection of the order can only be carried out after preliminary consultation with the procurer. In this case, preliminary payments of purchase will be transferred back to the sender.

Placing the order:

1.           Choose your product and put it in the basket.

2.           In case you wish to proceed with further items, choose „categories” in menu. Check quantities of each product you want to buy. Press „cashier” in popup window, or the „basket” button, while putting items into the basket. You can completely  delete your purhase by pressing „empty basket” button. Deleting by items, use „x” button at the end of each row. For modification of quantities, press  * at the end of each row. You can change the number of items in popup window on the top.

4.           You can finish your purchase by pressing „order” button at the bottom of  the basket's content. Please register or log in so you can send the order.

5.            After checking your personal data, you have to set  terms of delivery and billing, just as entry data.
Select delivery mode,  and  delivery or receipt address. Then you should set payment method. You are allowed to choose money transfer if you have credit limit.

6.           After setting all necessary data, you can place your order by pressing „order” button. You may check the given details together with sending additional information or message along with the order. (e.g.:colour)

7.          Following your order you recieve a confirmation e-mail.

8.          We also confirm the receipt of your order and check every detail by phone.

Important! Please be careful when giving your data, further billing and delivering processes will be prepared according to the registered data. Registration has to be made only once, you only need to log in for placing orders further on.

The package delivered contains the invoice, bill of delivery, warranty. You are adviced to check the package on receipt. In case of possible damage of package please ask for protocol report and refuse receipt. Follow-up complaints without protocol report will be rejected.

We ensure the option to pay off in advance, that provides you with better delivering conditions.

Delivery information:

Orders placed using the webshop are delivered by Royal Sprint. Packages are delivered on weekdays from 8am to 5 pm. You must ensure you are available to recieve your order in this period( it is recommended to provide workplace address if needed). Courier service ensures two attempts to deliver your order, The delivery costs of untaken packages will be countered to the procurer.

Appeal on recieving packages:

You have to ensure to  pay off the total amount to the courier on delivery.  transportation costs of untaken, returned packages will be countered on the procurer. Re-sending the package must be ensured by advance payment.

Warranty:

Warranty of a product can be a period of 12 or 24 months depending on the terms provided by the supplier. In case of damage or malfunction call our customer service or use contact data to get further information provided by the warranty card. Costs of delivering damaged products to a possile service point shall be the customer’s responsibility. You can also send damaged products directly  to our webshop’s service point to the following address: 3527 Miskolc, Szinva utca 2-4.  We can’ afford to accept C.O.D. deliveries.

The right of withdrawal:

According to  edict  17/1999. (II.5.),  concerning contract between the absent, pursuant to regulation consumer has the right to return ordered products without further justification in 8 workdays from the time of recieving.

In absence of present informant, consumer can hold the right of withdrawal for 3 months.

In case of using the right of withdrawal, consumer holds no responsibility except the cost of returning the product. However the company can claim for reimbursement for costs caused by abnormal use of the product.

Consumer can not use the right of withdrawal:

In such cases:

•            the product’s price changes for reasons of market drifts depending on value fluctuation that are not in charge of the dealer

•            Custom ordered product, that was designed and produced by personal demand,highly perishable foodstuff.

•             Audio, video recordings, software, after unpacking.

According to the edict, the dealer has to return the total amount to the consumer as soon as possible, buta t the latest time of 30 days.

Résumé from edict 17/1999. (II. 5.)law concerning distant partners:

4. § (1)consumer can withdraw  contract without justification in 8 workdays. (2) validity of consumer 's  right of withdrawal in paragraph (1)

a)According to contract related to the sale, from the time of reciving, in case  written form of confirmation pursuant to 3. § was  not fulfilled till that time,  in 8 workdays from the time of recieving, but in 3 months from the time of recieving the product at the longest. b) contract related to service, from the time of signing contract, if written confirmation pursuant to  3. §  was not fulfilled till that time, in 8 workdays from the time of recieving, but in 3 months from the time of signing  at the longest can be carried out..(3)If written confirmation pursuant to 3. § is fulfilled according to paragraph (2) section a) – from the time of recieving, or- paragraph (2) section b)  - in 3 moths time from the date of signing the contract, in 8 workdays following this event consumer can recede even if there are less than 8 workdays from the time of recieveng  the product, or signing the contract. (4) Recede sent in time, in written form has to  be considered valid, in case consumer's declaration arrives before deadline. (5) Dealer is obliged to return the total amount paid by the customer,  in 30 days from the time of recede at the longest. (6)Consumer is responsible for all costs related to returning the product on the score of  the right of withdrawal. Consumer has no other liability  further on. However dealer has the otion to claim reimbursement  of  costs caused by abnormal use of product.

5. § In absence of variant agreement of the parties, consumer has no right of withdrawal according to 4. § : a)in case of service contract, if  dealer launched fulfilment with the permission of the consumer before the deadline of holding the right of withdrawal; b)in relation to products and services, the prices and fees of which are changing caused by  money-market related fluctuation,depending on effects that can not be controled by the dealer; c) in relation to products, relevant to consumer, respectively custom produced items by specific requests of the consumer, non-returnable products by it's nature or highly perishable ; d) in relation to sale  of audio, and video recordings and software products after unpacking.; e) in relation to sale contract of news sheets, magazines, journals hírlap,  f) in relation to conract of gambling.

Practicing the right of withdrawal:

In case you wish to practice your right of withdrawal, you may inform us using one of our contact resources in writing or by phone. In case of indication in writing by post, we consider the beginning of period from the time of posting, while the period starts with the time of call, in case of phone announcement. It is recommended to send registered post when posting, so you can prove the exact date of posting .Products ordered must be returned by post or courier service to our company’s address.  The cost of returning the product is the customer’s duty and responsibility. We can’ afford to accept COD deliveries! Courier service is provided if it is needed, the cost of delivering must be paid at the time of delivering. Keep an eye on normal usage of the product, because damage caused by abnormal use is the responsibility of the customer.

In 30 days from the time of recieving returned product dealer pays back the total amount, transferring to account number provided by the customer. (  posting the total amount is possible with preliminary arrangement!)

Data management:

All data  provided by the customer, to dealer during process of purchase using webshop will be handled confidentially,  not submitted to 3^rd person but subcontractor(e.g. Courier service for deliverng). Technikal data is stored during browsing process on webshpo for  statistics purposes.(IP address, date and time of browsing, e.t.c.).

All data related to the consumer, posessed by Feba 2000 Ltd. can only be be handed to authorities  in cases of  justified legal necessity.  Demanding this sevice requires authorization by cookies. In case you don't want to use cookies, you can disable them in your browser's settings.. In case of disabling cookies, certain elements of the service become partly or completely unavailable for you.. Cookie is a fájl sent by the server to the user's browser, that is stored by the user's computer. A cookie contains no personal information. All data stored by Feba 2000 Ltd. during the ordering process is  utilized for the execution of the order. All data provided during the ordering and billing procedure using the webshop are automatically set and stored by the certain  I.T. Systems  for the period defined according to the operative law of accounting. Data provided by sbscribing to our newsletter  through browsing the webshop is treated confidentially by Feba 2000 Ltd. You can unsubscribe  at any time by using the option provided in every newsletter, or  you can request by using one of our contacts.

Disputes unregulated by the terms and conditions of this present genaral agreement  are brought under regulation of edict concerning contract between the absent 17/1999 (II.5.), as well as the law  2001. CVIII dealing with questions concerning  electronic commercial, and information society services. By browsing the webshop and placing order you accept data management principles, as well as the terms and conditions  of general agreement with Feba 2000 Ltd.
